Your HydroChic purchase will ship out within 7 business days after receipt of order. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays. Packages are shipped out of New Jersey and take between 2-12 business days to arrive depending on where you live in the USA.

Express Orders- Extra Shipping Fee of $30 (for up to 3 items). For more than 3 items, additional price will apply.
Please note that HydroChic cannot be held responsible for transit delays by third party shippers (such as USPS and UPS ground) that may occur once your order has shipped.
Shipping to Canada is $45 (for up to 4 items). We now ship all Canadian orders via USPS.
Shipping to most other countries in the world is $60 (for up to 4 items).
There are some remote (based on DHL mapping) areas of the world (even within countries) where shipping can cost between $25-$55 above the internationally shipping fee that we charge (some parts of Australia, Canada, Brazil, Mauritius,Tasmania etc). If your address falls into that category, we will contact you with the exact shipping cost and with your permission, will bill you accordingly.
Your order will ship either via USPS or Via DHL.
If your country requires us to include your personal tax ID number with your address, please make sure to include it in your order.
International Customs Fees: HydroChic does not collect any import duties at the time you place your order. These fees are determined and collected by your government. You will be asked to pay the applicable amount before your order is released to you at your mailing address. If you choose to refuse a package, you are responsible for any shipping fees back to our door.
