Your HydroChic purchase will ship out two-four business days after receipt of order. (The shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday.) Your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and you can expect to receive your package within 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your items within two weeks of ordering, please contact us immediately for help. EXPRESS ORDERS will ship one to two business days after receipt of order.
In the event that an item you're ordering is out of stock, we will email you immediately with your options.
We do not bill you for items that are not available.

For Orders of: up to $30.00 shipping is $5.50
For orders of: $30.01 - $60.00 shipping is $7.50
For orders of: $60.01 - $85.00 shipping is $9.50
For orders of: $85.01 - $110.00 shipping is $12.50
For orders of: $110.01 - $150.00 shipping is $14.50
For orders of: $150.01 - $200.00 shipping is $16.50
For orders of: $200.01+ shipping is $19.00
EXPRESS ORDERS: If you need your HydroChic items immediately (in case of a MUST HAVE emergency,) there will be a $13.00 additional charge for express mailing. For express shipping, please let us know the date by which you must have the items you have ordered.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
HydroChic values your business and satisfaction. All of our products can be returned or exchanged as long as they are posted back to us within 14 days of shipment. All items must be in new, unworn condition, folded neatly and returned in their original plastic bags with ALL THE TAGS ATTACHED. (Sorry-Absolutely NO Exceptions). Please enclose the original invoice and state the reason for your return. We appreciate returns being properly folded and packed. For those items not folded and packed neatly when returned, we charge a 10% restocking fee to fold and repack them ourselves.
It is our pleasure to make an exchange for you. Please note: A $5- $8 shipping and handling fee (cost depends on weight) will be charged for all exchanges. Please fill out the form the comes with each order and return it with the items that you want to exchange. We are happy to do one exchange for each order (limited only to the amount of items in the original order.) If the exchanged items still don't work for you, we ask that you to simply order again through our website and return the items from the exchange for a refund.
Although defects are very rare, we encourage you to inspect your swim pieces carefully at time of purchase prior to removing tags. In case of defect, we will replace your suit at no additional charge.
Even with all tags attached, health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment. Swimsuits are delicate by nature and can be easily damaged through improper care or handling. We therefore cannot offer an extended warranty and will not accept returns for ANY reason once the tags have been removed. Refunds are issued within 60 days of our receipt of returned merchandise. We try to refund you as soon as possible!
While we gladly accept returns and exchanges, please note that there is a 10-15% restocking fee for returns of more than five items.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SWIMSUIT
Things You'll Need:
Mild liquid fabric detergent for hand washing
Towel or mesh drying screen
Step 1 Rinse your bathing suit after the pool or lake. Rinsing doesn’t completely remove sweat, oils, salt water or chlorine, but it removes some of it. Never put it in a plastic bag; lay it in a shady spot until you can take it home.
Step 2 Wash your bathing suit as soon after wearing as possible. Always wash by hand. Laundering it in the washing machine can cause the material to pill. Fill the sink with cold water and add a small amount of mild liquid fabric detergent. Swish the water to mix the detergent. Submerse the bathing suit and allow it to sit. Gently squeeze to get the soap through all the fabric; do not rub the fabric together to clean. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. CHLORINE EATS THE LYCRA FIBERS. After washingwith a mild detergent, check to make sure that ALL the chlorine has been completely removed. Do not wrap in a towel to remove water; gently squeeze to remove excess water.
Step 3 Hang bathing suit to dry in the shade or lay it flat on a mesh drying screen or a towel; never place it in a dryer. Should the towel get wet, replace with a dry one to prevent mold or mildew. Remember, to prevent fading, dry in the shade ,not in the sun. Allow the bathing suit to dry completely before putting it away. It may take 24 hours for a bathing suit to regain its shape.
Step 4 Use oil-free sunscreen and do not allow the sunscreen--or any lotion--to touch the bathing suit; it can damage the fabric. Should you get any lotion or oil on your bathing suit, rinse it off immediately.
Step 5 The heat and the bromine of a hot tub are very harsh on the fabric of a bathing suit. Wash the bathing suit as soon as you get out of the hot tub.
Step 6 Place a towel under your bathing suit when sitting on the edge of the pool. The pool’s rough surface can damage the bathing suit’s fabric and cause pilling.
